Tools for Adaptation includes guidelines, methods and approaches to support decision-making in a changing climate. Taking a sectoral approach, the Tools program will examine current decision-support tools to determine their suitability.  If necessary, the program will support changes to existing tools or development of new ones, as well as dissemination and training. This initiative is national in scope and works closely with practitioners and other experts in each sector.  The first two sectors addressed by the program will be communities and infrastructure.

This Tools page will soon provide information about the projects underway, descriptions about and links to available tools, as well as case studies that demonstrate how tools have been applied in decision-making.
